Foreskin question, for the uncircumcised Options

So, can you pull your skin back, all the way to reveal the head.

I couldn't, until yesterday. But yesterday I did it, and it got stuck. I couldn't get the skin to get back and over, covering the head again. I panicked.

However, I got it back while I was taking in the shower.

The question is, is it possible for you to leave your foreskin back like that, with the head out, or is it bad. It's really sensitive for me, so when it touches my pants, it feels weird and uncomfortable.

But I heard somewhere that some people leave the skin back, basically for the rest of their lives. Please explain.

Keep the foreskin over the head.
It's uncomfortable because your head isn't used to it.
If you do get circumcised, the head would take a while to adjust and it'll be uncomfortable.

I think when you're younger your foreskin isn't fully able to pull back and reveal the entire head and as you grow and pull it back more, it will. I don't know why it got stuck though.

it isnt bad ...... i used to have an uncircumsized penis until i was the age of 13 , but yea if you keep on pulling it in and out the skin would be looser and would stretch ... i used too do that when i peed because i didnt want the pee to stay between the skin and the head .....i think pushing the skin back is also for hygenic reasons too ....because you dont want your penis too smell ...and when you desribed your head all sensitive and ticklish when your on the sand . its because your penis head wasnt exposed to open air yet .....when i got mine circumsized i had to wear loose clothese for 1 month and it will get used too it ...but you know i think i`d rather get an uncirsumsized penis again .... i think it would be more pleasurable when the girl gets down .
