how can you make a watermark using PSP or paint? is it possible? HELP ME PLEASE! i need to make one to help out my uncle.

Depends what kind of watermark you want. A simple one is just to type your name in on a corner somewhere. Or you can type what you want as a separate layer in front of what you want watermarked and make it semi-transparent. |

Something a little more complicated would be more like this. Or a large brush which can be sized down according to your picture size and stamped onto your image.

i want an image that kind of transparent. Something that can be put on the background without affecting the text on top.
