Ummmmm.. okay this is weird, but I got a new comp and all the fonts look a bit different.


My arial used to look like:

But now it's like:



Is it possible to change it the way it was? Or is it part of the system and it's not changeable? :[

Hm, I guess it's supposed to be smoother than before. On my pocket PC it's called ClearType and it makes the characters smoother. Not so sure if it's the same thing on computers. You might be able to change, I'm not sure, I've never bothered with it.

It could be an updated version of the font. Try searching for information on that. _smile.gif

As you can see, I am a total noob.

Look under Properties > Appearanced > Advanced... (I think—it's somewhere in there. I'm not on Windows now so I can't check, but that's the rough idea.) There'll be something about font smoothing that you can turn off.

i would feel better if you put your shirt back on

wow thats the same exact problem i am having with my internet e 7. imma try this out.
