Custom Comment Box, Problems Getting Text To Show Up Options

I'm having a hard time getting the text to show up after using a custom contact box generator. I don't know how to input that. Does anyone know of a better custom contact box generator that includes "Add Me" "Favorites" "Forward" etc...? Or how to add those things to my current contact box? The buttons are there, but there are no text, so it's a little annoying. Thanks. I hope someone can help me out.

So you want a generator that has the links? There is none you have to make that kind yourself with an image program.
