yea.^. well in my family. on my dad's side his mom gots alzheimers. and on my mom has a thyroid problem.
 . it's pretty sad really. i think i might get thyroid problem when i'm older too. and i dont' know what chances are there that i might get alzheimers. what do u think?

Diabetes.
High blood pressure/high cholesterol. Arthritis. My oldest aunt on my mom's side has a mental disease. Don't know what it's called though. I don't know about my dad's side. I'll have to go ask him later. I'm watching what I eat, so I'm probably not gonna get diabetes/high cholesterol. Hopefully none of these get passed onto me. |

I don't know if I can say that diabetes runs in my family, considering I'm the only one who has it..
But that I guess, and some sort of cancer. I can't recall which kind. |

lol std's can't run in your family! unless your asking if a lot of people have them in our familys cause you don't get std's from it being passed down. lmao.
well there is mental illness. lol. and breast cancer but i probebly wont get it since it was my great grandmother only and she got it when she was 87. lol. and there is.....fatness. like the diseases you get from being fat. and i think thats it. |

^you mean obesity? and std's can run in the family. like in the blood. for example if you're parents had herpes or something then when they have children their children will get it and so on. that's what i meant.

Well, herpes and gonorrhea are only passed on when they are born vaginally. If the mother has Gonorrhea she can still deliver vaginally and the baby gets eyedrops so they don't get it. If she has Herpes they will do a C-section. Hm, things that run in my family: Leiomyoscarcoma (My mom's afraid I'm a carrier) Obesity Diabetes CANCER Asthma (not too sure if that's heriditary) ...more that I can't think of at this time. |
