old news buddy but yeah, ipod "stole" the technology of the scrolling from creative, they got a massive payout for compensation...

Um, I like my iPod a lot better than my mom's Creative (which is practically mine too, since she has no idea how to use it).

Meh, old news, Apple already paid licensing fees to Creative.
Not that it makes sense. Apple's interface is vastly different from that of Creative's, and is similar only in the hierarchical nature of the menus. It's a travesty that under US patent law, such a vague idea can even be patented. |
