aight well i was in my aunt's car today heading back home and she's drivin and gets stopped by a police, and shes like begging him not to get a speeding ticket cuz she was drivin 45 mph in a 25 mph zone (big deal, it wasnt even a highway) .. i mean come on, it was her first time .. give her a break .. so yeah I was mad, now she got charged 1,000 for that little thing .. never speed in the suburban streets .. cops be actin gay and all that, theyre everywhere ..

well, if she was never going 20 miles over the speed limit, that would have never happened. cops just inforce the law. _unsure.gif

Dude... ok... never mind I'll keep my mouth shut but I wonder about your thought process. If it WASN'T on a highway, that's all the more reason to give her a ticket because there might be people walking around. That's why it's 25 MPH to begin with. It's their job to do that. Technically, they're not suppose to let anyone go. They could lose their job for that.

Twenty miles an hour is a lot over the speed limit, and isn't 25 mph the speed limit for a neighborhood? What if she had hit somebody? I don't think letting a twenty mph over the speed limit driver go free is contributing to safety.

are you thinking right?? my little brother did the same exact thing around our neighborhood, and he got a high ticket too. he got that much because he could have hit people walking around or little kids. did you ever think of that?? hello??????????!!!! wow!

You're a freshman, right? Why don't you grow up a lot before you post something like this? Because I'm pretty sure after you start driving you'll realize why people hate the ones who go 45 on a 25 mph zone.

I kinda just noticed this,..

The one time I go 25 on a 20 mph zone neighborhood, I get pulled over...(but I got off with a warning XD.gif ) but I've never gotten stopped for going 65 on a 45 mph parkway, which I do all the time. It's kind of weird.

Are the cops just more anal about the neighborhood speed limit? Do the residents complain when people speed down their street? Hm.

i dont think it was right that she got a ticket. it was probably because he was racists and thought you were asian and was like maybe i should give her a ticket.

Yes, Cops do suck. But, she was breaking the law so this is one situation where I'll have to say that the cops were right that time. I still never will agree with what cops do. To me they are just a legal gang pooh.gif

im sorry i acted this way but i have NO compassion for people who get tickets for driving over the speed limit because last year i witnessed a kid being killed by some stupid driver who was going way over the speed limit and the kid that died was just 8 years old....so dont give me shit that the police officer "overreacted".

We were late for school, and my mom had that rushing mind... so she accidentally sped on 30MPH to 40mph. And there was this one cop hiding o__o;; There wasn't really cops there in this one shortcut we always went to <_<;; But he was there. He stopped us T-T;;

My mom had to pay $200 <__<;; and this was her first car speeding ticket. I was mad too cause it was her first time, she just had a rough day too... and that cop just gave her shts -_-;;; pissed me off. -___-;; omg that cop was hilarious and stupid at the same time. I was talking to my mom in Korean, telling her it's okay, calm down. and the out of nowhere, the american cop goes like "I know Korean too. I can understand what you guys are saying. You should not say bad words to a cop. Or I'll double you" -____________________________-;; omg i just wanted to kill that cop seriously. -_-;;; but i was patient that time, so we went to school. AND I MISSED MY MATH TEST THAT I HAD TO STAY AFTER SCHOOL CAUSE AFTER SCHOOL WAS MY ONLY TIME TO TAKE THE TEST T_______________________-T;; and after school, i had a promise meeting with my friend and i missed that -_-;;

yeah f**king cops in shoreline, washington f5
