I never remember my dreams. Not anymore, at least. I really wish I could though.. sad.gif

My friend once told me that you have to think of something all day or be COMPLETELY obsessed with it in order for you to dream of it.

That used to work for me for about a week this summer, but now I can't remember my dreams anymore.

hm....I tried that before, forcing myself to dream something. It only works if it's something that's been on my mind ALL DAY.

Yeah, its possible, atleast for a little bit of the dream.
Start thinking of whatever you what to dream about, but eventually you wont have any control over whats going on once you are fully asleep. haha
or atleast thats how I am.

Sounds like The Matrix. tongue.gif

When you become lucid in a dream, you can transform yourself into an animal, become invisible, fly away through a window, materialize a Ferrari in mid-air, step through a mirror or change your mother-in-law into a teddybear. In short: you can do everything you can imagine.

I've been able to control my dreams before. Kinda like a big Final Fantasy game...

I've had dreams where I know what I'm dreaming and I try to control it, but it doesn't work.

Like one time, I had a dream that this creepy guy was trying to lure me towards his car. And in my dream, I was walking slowly towards the car. But in my head, I was telling myself to turn around. Then I woke up. blink.gif

i dunno about controlling your dreams but i have a tendency to match my dreams with whats going on in real life. like if my dad is yelling at me to wake up, he would be like a honking car in my dream, so then i end up not hearing him.

For some reason, my dreams always have something to do with what I have done before I go to sleep. Like I have dreams about what happened in school and junk like that.

Why would you want to dream about something in particular? blink.gif

Not quite so extreme. If your mind were on 1 thing for 30 min right before you slept, chances are, you would dream about it. Also, if you want to remember, you need to go through the sleep stages smoothly. For example, Alarm Clocks are extremely bad since they literally surprise the crap outta you.

XD.gif

no reason, in general. it would just be cool to pick what to dream about.

that only happened to me once. then there was this really cool time i had a dream, and then lived the next day (duh?!), and thought about that dream right before i went to bed, and i had a continuation of the dream. it was pretty rad. shifty.gif

Does anyone else here have "deja vu" moments? There have been times where I would go to sleep and have a dream about something, and recall it vaguely. Then, sometime in the future, what happened in the dream (or something really similar) would happen in real life.

Or maybe I'm just f**ked in the head.

God SO many times. It's annoying. But everytime it happens I get all excited and go, "OMG I remember this happening!!! Like even what I'm saying right now!!!!"
