I want to get all the pictures, movies, and recordings I have off of my Razr V3m and onto my computer so I can sell it.

Can anyone tell me of a good free program that can do this? I have looked and looked and I can't seem to find anything. Thank in advance for any help! biggrin.gif

Or you can use a USB cable. I think Razrs use regular USB cables, but I'm not sure..

You're also going to have to download drivers and software from this website:

They use the MiniB usb cable. Common with Cameras and Mp3 Players. Go look it up, tons of hacks and mods on the Razrs.

No, my PC has no Bluetooth. sad.gif Shame because that would be a really easy way to do it.

Well I have a USB cable that works with it but all it does it charge my phone. I can't actually access the files on my phone like a could with, say, my PSP when I plug it in. My PSP shows up as a removable storage device and I can just drag files into and out of its folder. I can't do that with a Razr.

Thanks Elaine. I'll try installing that software. I'll let you know if it works or not.

I'm a little hesitant to download that software after reading that. I know it says I'll get a chance to save before the update but is that with an already existing media uploading program?

Anyone have any further advice?

^ Just buy a Bluetooth adapter. Runs for around $30, and it's relatively simple.

I think that's only if you had the previous programs and not from your phone. I'm not sure though.
I contacted Motorola's Customer Support for you. They'll respond within 24 hours. happy.gif

EDIT

QUOTE
Regarding your concern, when your software is updated, you will loose all the non-preset information. This includes music, pictures, ringtones, and screensavers.

Huh. I don't know exactly how to interpret that.. ermm.gif

I still don't know, but I think it'll only delete your data from the program. Not from your phone. I think.
