everytime someone uses the posting I have on my page it says you must be my friend to post

Okay, for one thing, the link you provided..
"Invalid Friend ID.
This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted."

Also, try changing index.cfm?fuseaction=user.ConfirmComment to http://comments.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuse....ConfirmComment.
