Yea of course you can do that, just upload a image at like http://www.tinypic.com and just take that url and put it in to this:

If you want if you like want it to be a small version of the image and then when you click on it to see the full version you just use the same code just add a width and height like this: and make sure where it says LINK you put the URL for the image thats the right/full size.
