I disagree with this one. It's better to be active and go out than sleep.

But then if you're going to go on the computer or watch TV, you're better off sleeping (it burns more calories than watching TV).

You may be active, but if you're eating more calories than you're working off with those activities, you won't lose a thing. So, watch what you're eating.

Keep in mind that you should only loose about 2-3 pounds a week, if you're doing it the healthy way and not starving yourself.

Muscle weighs more then fat as well.
Also, that pound might just be you retaining body water. Did you eat a lot of salt lately or food items that came from a package? They cause you to hold in a lot of body water. If you're working out like crazy, but eating like crazy as well, you probably aren't going to be loosing that weight. Make sure you are eating smarter and healthier in modest porportions.

Your body does really weird things when it looses weight. Sometimes it hits that set point, and it takes a little while for your body to break it. Don't fret, i've tried loosing weight for about a week and a half once and could not do it, no matter how hard I tried. Just keep working out and eating better and your body should break past that set point, and you should still continue to loose more weight. Congrats on loosing 6 pounds already.

Also, you getting your period soon? It's almost impossible to loose weight on your period, or the week before. Your body also tends to hold in more of your body water as well during this time.

Pounds aren't lost day-to-day, they're lost over the course of weeks or months.

Getting the proper amount of sleep is vital to weight stabilization or loss, because getting the right amount of sleep helps stabilize your metabolism.

You can only lose weight when you sleep. You cant lose weight when you're awake.

i dont know why, but that's how it is.

i don't think by just sleeping all day you can lose weight.

i think you have to actually be active AND THEN sleep and you will see results. again, you shouldn't lose weight in the course of a few days. it's probably not that possible, and if it is then it's not healthy.

I wouldnt worry about it. You might just be bloated.

I've heard that when its your time of the month (haha, cheesy, i know), you weigh more.

are you on ur period? cuz it makes you seem like you gain weight but it not's true. like when i was on mine (my average weight is 92-93) i weighed myself and i was like 98! after i finished my period though i returned to normal. oh and also. shitting helps you lose weight cuz if you're always constipated that shit is stucik in ur intestines making it seem like you weigh more than you usually do. so shitting alot is a sign you burn alot of fat. so make sure you empty your bowl everyday. i know. sounds nasty rite? but it's true.
