Okay, this might sound really stupid and all but how the heck do you move images on Photoshop CS2? I learned how to make graphics on PSP8 and I figured that my current program, PSPX would be about the same as PS. But... it turns out it's way different, and it's harder to use. Like for example, when I open a picture and try to move it around, it tells me the layer is locked. How do i unlock it? Please help me out. I'm a big newbie to Photoshop.

To unlock it look on the layer palette bottom right hand corner. Double click on the locked layer. It will be the one with the lock.
Then to move things hit ctrl T |

Or just duplicate the layer, and delete the locked layer. That always did the trick for me.
Duplicate Laters: Layer >> Duplicate Layer and then select the locked layer and go Layer>> Delete Layer and voila! |
