my computer clock., is messing up all the time. |

The clock on my computer is always an hour behind, i used to think it was caused by me shutting down the computer throught the back switch, but its not. I always fix it but its goes back an hour after i turn it back on. can anyone help me.

Wait.. How exactly do you fix it?
 Do you like double-click on the time and reset the interent time from there? |

Each time you reset it, does is it the right time?
And are you sure you entered the correct time zone? |
