People grow at different speeds.

I was 5' 3" and 109 pounds. I was considered tall in my class.

There were people who were still 4' 8" when I was your age.

'Cause guys and girls grow at different speeds.

Girls are usually taller than guys at first, but once you reach 8th grade/high school, they get really tall.

Oh, shut up Kevin. tongue.gif

There's this one guy in my bio class who's like 6' 10". Now that's really tall. I though he was a junior, but he was actually a freshman. XD.gif

I'm 5' 5" and a freshman. There are still a lot of people who are shorter than me..

You're pretty normal, actually. 5' was about the average when I was your age.

I turned 13 in April and I've grown a lot since then. When I was 12 I was 4'11 too. Now I think I'm 5'0 5'1 around there. Everyone grows at different rates. Trust me though, you don't want to grow as fast as I did. I grew so much over the summer and stuff that I only have one or two pairs of pants that still fit me. I used to have a lot more than that. As for my weight I was about 85 pounds. Now I'm 97-99 pounds.

I was super skinny back then, probably around the same (probably weigh a bit more) as you. 4'10, I was 85 pounds.

Well, you don't have to get fat, but you should gain a little weight..
Just don't go too overboard with it.

Gain muscle instead, muscle weighs more than fat.

If you really want to gain more weight, don't eat more, excersise more! Fat does not weigh as much as muscle and you will be healthier in the long run.
