So i'm out early today. dance.gif

it was actually pretty retarded, we've been out of class since like 8 in the morning, but we had to wait for our parents (or in my case, my brother) to sign us out. Since everyone's parents came at the same time it took like an hour and a half for me to get out. Plus i had to leave my wallet, my homework and my cell phone in the choir room, but i'm home and that's all that matters.

i'm just excited and i decided to share.

haha that happend to our school like twice once when we were in sophmore year and then again last year and right after the first time we had security guards and cameras installed everywhere and now we have a code like called like code d or something and we'd have to bunch up in the back of the room away from the windows and doors lol it was fun missing class for things like that

Highly doubt it. laugh.gif Honestly, though - I hear threats from some creepy-ass people around here all the time, and no one says anything. laugh.gif Then again, our school is being torn down anyways.. they'd probably do the school a favor. laugh.gif I've actually considered someone actually planting a bomb here - it'd be really easy.

Some kid brought a folding tree saw and a machete to our school because God told him to kill sinners. So, we are locked down all day while this kid runs around our hallways trying to slice and dice up all his classmates. Blood was everywhere. We made international headlines. f**ked up shit.

On Wednesday, November 24, 2004, five students were injured in an attack by a fellow student. Freshman James Lewerke, then 15, came to school armed with a machete and a tree saw blade, and began slashing students in an early morning Spanish class. The students fled into the hallways, and the school was placed on lockdown. Lewerke's attack was brought to a halt when he was tackled in a hallway by Assistant Principal James Gordon. None of the students involved suffered fatal injuries, and all but one were treated and released from the hospital the same day.[1]

The attack resulted in a security evaluation of the high school by an independent consultant.

the closest thing i ever encountered from a bomb threat was some yellow powder found in the boys bathroom. -_-

logically, if I really wanted to bomb the school, I wouldn't threat anyone. I'd make it a secret and just bomb the place. I mean, if you wanna kill people, why bother letting them run away like that...seriously

or

I can place the bomb in the evacuation building/area to trick the kids :D

That's never happened at my school before, But we do practice code reds where we pull down the blinds, cover the window of the door, lock the door, turn the lights off, and sit in a far corner away from windows/doors. Now that you know, you better not come to my school or else you'll know are secret. whistling.gif

Yea we've had plenty of those around here. At the high school I'm supposed to be at there were a few that went on. Guy ended up having to get questioned and so on. School had to be searched out completely. Kids were out of school for like 2 days.

I don't ever get scared at those times of things, I hate fire drills. The whole walking outside thing sucks, easpecially in winter and everyone is complaing about how cold it is.

Last year we had a bomb threat on halloween (no one went to school that day.) and towards the end of school there were a whole week of bomb threats. We didn't get sent home instead we just stood on the grass while police and those bomb snifffing dogs and what not.

the first bomb threat was done by stupid freshman that just screwed up their life right there and then when they wrote that the school was going to blow up in the bathroom. (seriously, sheesh.) And then following that there was a bomb threat everyday. The police department was giving out a $500 reward to whoever gives them information.

The WORST part was when they closed all the bathrooms and only had one bathroom on each floor where we'd have to sign into the bathrooms with our names & times. GOSH.

I love bomb threats at my school.
Especially when they are joking.
there was a serious one though
the end of lastyear.
so of course mason goes around saying: " hey stefan, YOUR THE BOMB!"
"hey ashley, YOUR THE BOMB!"
and so on...
it was hystarical.
xDDD

Eventually he got caught for saying it though.
"YUOR THE BOMB" was said so many times, it was like every other sentence. xD

Man. I dont know if we've had any bomb threats. They probably dont tell us.

But..I remember when our school was being used as a shelter for Hurricane Katrina. We got out after first period and the rest of the day we just got to do whatever. It was flippin' awesome.

i think we got a bomb threat once in middle school. like it was written on a bathroom... so like, i guess they didn't really take it seriuosly

and if some pyscho killer happens to come to our school, everyone must stay in the classroom and the people uoutside in the halls run to the nearest "safe zone" (which is stupid because it's esier to just run to the nearest classroom) and stay there... i guess

But they have to tell. If they don't tell you and the threat is real, they'll probably be bombarded by lawsuits.

I'm pretty sure my school hasn't had any bomb threats.. 2006 was our first graduating class. And everyone says it's boring and nothing interesting ever happens. Not even Freshman Friday.

My middle school has had some though (of course they were all fake). And several stink bombs too.

We've had a few of those.

The end of the school year last year was actually really scary for me. Two boys, one Freshmen and one Senior, brought guns to school. They had a list of kids they were going to kill. The senior ended up telling one of his friends about it so his friend went to the principle about it.

The kids actually went out to the parking lot and were walking to the school. The part that was most scary for me was that I was right by the door they were heading for. I know that even though I wasn't on that list something probably would have happened.

It scared me. They didn't even do anything, they let the classes go on and such.

I was freaked out for a good while. It's not every day you see someone headed in your direction with a gun. At least his friend told because the cops ended up coming and they tackled them and all.

Our school is so stupid.

For a bomb threat, we have to all go and sit on the football field bleachers. How stupid is that. Next time someone wants to kill us, they just have to say there's a bomb in the building, put a bomb under the bleachers, we'll be "evacuated" to the bleachers and BOOM! End of Bunn High.

Sometimes I wonder if our administration even puts a simple thought process towards issues.

3000+ Kids go to my school, and, image if they were to say there is a bomb. Do you know how much PANIC that would cause? That and the teachers/faculty. Oh my gosh. You couldn't get out of that school quick enough.

ARE YOU FORSERIOUSSS? We only have 1,800 and it's "crowded." laugh.gif

We haven't had any bomb threads, that I remember or know of. I do remember several threats of someone burning the school down. Stupid thing is.. He actually tried to do it (or so I heard). We all got evacuated for so long. rolleyes.gif Nobody ever saw him again.

Our schools must be related. We had a power outage as well back when I was in ninth grade. We were in first period for about two hours and not once did they think of sending us home..

YEAH. Same here. Last year this crazy girl kept on setting fires in the girls' bathrooms, but nothing big happened. All that happened was that she effectively shut down all the girls' bathrooms, and some of the boys' bathrooms had to be used.

Oh yeahhh we had a power outage for like half a class the other day. It was fun, too. tongue.gif
