whats the code to make an image expand or a certain size?

This is just one image, right?
CODE <img src="IMAGE URL" width="###px" height="###px" border="0" alt=""> No matter how big the image, changing the width and height values in the code will make it appear in that size. I have to tell you though that the image will appear blurry/pixelized unless you resize in a graphic-editing program, but even that will blur/pixelize depending on the size.
