cold sore blister lip Options

i need help. other sources wont work and this is like hygene or like locker room or what not. i dont know if its a blister or cold sore but maybe its something else. my lip.... i look at it and its white and it stings like hell when i lick it or touch it, lol. i cant eat anything delicious cuz it will hurt, recently while i was eating and i bit my lip really hard, it didnt bleed but it hurt, the next day it was like whatever but after that day, i see its white and stings. any tips to overcome or destory this pain?

I think its just a Canker Sore. Or atleast kind of sounds like one.

wow thank you sooo much... stay away from acidic, hot, and spicy food. ive been eating zesy spicy french fries with the freinds all fresh and hot. and it kept getting painful... i also had fish and rice with spicy soy which made me wanna cry when i eat it.... i ate some fruit with citric acid and omg it hurts so much. thanks so much, this information is helpful... sorry for the spamish thread, i couldnt find any information no matter how hard i searched, close this thread, its all done.
