What is a Friend ID? |

I need help..on one of the layouts..it says place your friends id here....what is a friend id?

One of the ways you can find your friend ID is click "view profile" and look in the address bar, there should be something like :
CODE http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=1234567 The numbers on the end is your Friend ID. |
