ok so i used my uncles photoshop cd that he burned [[ for a backup disk just in case ne thing happened ]] and i installed it on my computer like in the middle of the year... and then my computer crashed and i didnt have the cd to re-install it.. and he just gave it to me again and i tried installing it and this is wut happened...
i put it in.. a thing popped up that said adobe photoshop blah blah blah and i clicked next.. then another thing popped up for the language.. i clicked next bc it was on english already.. then i had to agree to the license thingy then another thing popped up and said install... explore.. install photshop and all this stuff so i clicked install then i clicked install photoshop.. then that thing disappears and nothing happens afterwards and i redid that about 10 times and nothing happens.. mayb its the cd ?

Did you uninstall Photoshop after your computer crashed? Or did you have to reinstall Windows entirely?
Also, is there another computer in the house? If so, try installing the program there to see if the problem is cd related.

we had to redo the whole windows bc the computer wouldnt even turn on... yeah my sisters computer ... but ill have her do it bc im known to breaking her computer ... aha
but photoshop was still on but it just wouldnt open all it said was like ... cannot open bc blah blah blah and then my moms like try deleting it and i did and still nothing |

Is there anyway you can get a screenshot of the error message it is giving you when you try to open it?

yeahh srry i didnt know where to put it ... and no i deleted the photoshop bc i was gonna c if that was the problem....

Ok, no problem (on both accounts). :)
I guess the next thing you should do is either see if it can install on your sister's PC, or have your Uncle reburn a CD for you. |

she wont do it bc she doesnt want to mess her computer up...

Yes! Adobe.com has a 30 day free trial.
 But after the free trial is over, you have to either buy it, or unistall it. I'm too cheap to buy it, so I just redownload it every month. |

ok so this is wut is happening lol....
my mom saved it instead of opening it because i kept opening it which was the problem before... so i followed the instructions and it was going well until the very last part was taking forever but i said to myself.. I WILL NOT MESS THIS UP !! =] and so i waited and waited and waited.... and it was downloading photoshop help center for like an hour and it wasnt doing ne thing so i gave up... and ended it and now i cant delete photoshop and redo it bc it wont let me bc i xed out wen it was downloading or sumthing and i cant do ne thing.. but i also think my computers old and i was trying to download the newest photoshop... well ne ways im rlly mad !! lol because the photoshop i had was fine before my computer crashed..... ! and that photoshop was photoshop 7.0 .. but ahh !! im like gonna go out of my mind ive been trying to get this to work since like 10 this morning lol |
