Sorry, there isn't any way to do this. Myspace doesn't allow javascript. It wouldn't really matter anyway because someone could simple take your source and get what ever they wanted anyway.

the only way you scroll down is highlight

Maybe your scrollbar is set to the color of your layout.

Anyway its because you don't have enough content to have a scroll bar on the side.
