http://preps.action.nu/ is good but incredibly busy. Very creative though.

http://sweet-vertigo.com the header on this one is gorgeous. I'm just not terribly fond of left alligned sites (doesn't at all mean that anything about the site is bad, just that it isn't my preference).

As such, my vote goes to Linda Belle (http://autumn-sky.org/birdsonwires) I like how it's organized. The titles capture my attention and of course, any site with a Luna Lovegood quote is going to keep me there. :)
