DIV Problems.......

ok..... one of my divs doesn't seem to want to stay put...... every time the size of the window changes, it changes position.... which is really weird...... I'm really not sure what's going on........ here's the code the "waste space" text is just what I added in to test the div...... I think it might have something to do with the overflow....... but I'm just really confused.... any help would be appreciated

They do that because you are using margin positioning. Don't use margin positioning or percents. Use plain left , top, width, and height.
