Hey Guyz how to Rotate a Picture in Photoshop 7....lyk i wanna put a pic in a Polaroid Brush...Look here:

or just, take the layer with your pcitrue on it, hold control and t, then adjust it. then free transform to get it out of the tranformation

On the layer of the pic, press ctrl+T or Edit>Free Transform. Use the transform tool to bend the picture sideways by hovering around the corners of the image. You should see little curved arrows. Click the corner end point and drag it left or right.
