does anyone know where this person got their swirls

i had it a loooooong time ago but now i cant find it so any of you guys know where to get the swirls? :]

im not really good at making swirlies _unsure.gif are there tutorials for making GOOD ones not the regular swirlies though

They're called dutch swirls. If you google them, I'm sure you'll be able to find more. :)

edit-- i didnt really find any on google but oh well

also are there any tutorials to make really good swirls like making decorated ones?

I believe those swirly brushes is the FONT of Porcelain. You just make the font capitalized and move the letter to the side and there you go.

That's how i USE to make mine. You can also touch it up with effects and such. Add strokes, gradients, grunge like, etc. And then, add it to you're brushes.

In that banner, the swirl that is underneath the other swirls, seems to me that she/he added an effect, like made it blurry or glowy like.
