well i have a sony ericsson t616, but it's locked to AT&T and i need to unlock it because i lost my slvr at a themepark. well i got an unlock code, and when i enter the code, nothing happens. :[ what shall i do? i don't have a usb for it, or anything. :[[[

but i've been through that site.

but i already have the code. but when i put the code in nothing happens. :[

I'm starting to think that you need to buy the data transfer cable in order to unlock it..
I've been through about 6 Google search pages, and most are about buying the data transfer cables.

ehhhhhhhh. i'd rather find a new phone lol.
i really want a new phone...my nokia 6030 isn't very satisfying.
nor the sony ericsson z300, or nokia 3100's. -___-''

You have to make sure that the phone uses the same network as the plan you are on, so if you had AT&T and say you switched to Verizon, they use two totally different network protocols I think, GSM and CDMA or something like that. Take it to a store such as a Verizon store and they can do it for you.

Codes don't work for the t616, you need a data cable and unlock it via your computer.
