ok i wanna make a icon out of a picture.is there any tutorial on how to because i cut out he person from the picture like who i want to make the icon out of but i cant resize it right so is there like a icon tutorial that gives me step by step on how to make it?thnxx

i have psp and this is a photoshop tutorial but thnx but in photoshop and paintshop pro do u do it the same way?

it depends i have psp and somethings are the same!
like for icons you crop to the picture you want it doesnt matter what size and then you use the selection tool and you select the whole thing then you use the deformation tool (mouse over the tools to find their names  ) and shrink it size then you go to image then canvas size and make it 100x100 pm me if you need help Beach |
