Well, I'm not sure where this belongs. I'll just put it in the entertainment section for now.

So, yesterday I got my first taste of on camera acting. I didn't do much, I was only an extra. Basically I arrived at the shooting scene with my friend Jessica around 10:30 and they put us in this holding room. We waited an hour and Jessica, me, and a bunch of other extras were send up and back down several times. (Since there wasn't enough extras, they used the same ones.) Even though they had to stop the scene every 15 seconds, I really enjoed doing it, even if I wasn't doing much. shrug.gif

So, what are some of your on camera experiences?

^ that's cool btw.

i've never had an actual had like real show or anything to be in but i've done auditions on film before. one thing i dislike about film though is that there are so many outtakes if you mess up, that's why i choose the stage life!

^x2 Stage is great, but I think I prefer film. I tend to get stage fright on monologues and chunks of paragraphs.

It was for a Columbia Thesis film. Even though it didn't pay, I just wanted some experience.

Anywhoo, well uhhm, When me and Kathy were going to Edison, these reporters came up to us. shrug.gif It was kind of embarassing cause it was uncalled for. They just came out of no where and asked us questions. Good thing it was a channel that aired in Russia.

^ How do you get the live audience tickets? I'd die for one of those. They're always sold out.

They asked about these joggers around the area. They asked what we thought they were doing and why they were running.

BUT, Kathy, her response was so >_> <_< embarrassing. 'Cpecially on like tv, where everyone in Russia saw. When they asked, Kathy was like " I think they're trying to loose weight and that they might think they're fat so they wanna run it off" or something similar to that. And when they asked me, I just said "This dude had 3100 on his shirt so maybe they're trying to run that many miles and put it toward charity or something" Then the reporters started laughing mellow.gif
