Some people do that because they don't want to upload the image somewhere else and therefore upload here to suck up cB bandwidth to use image elsewhere.
... Or at least that's what they used to do, back in the day. |

Yea its somewhat annoying if you see it a million times. I remember one girl did that not to long ago, but it was like stretching the board which is why it annoyed me..
