My myspace works fine in Firefox, however, when viewed in IE, the layout goes weird. I don't really know how to clean up the code to make it so it works fine in both..if anyone could help me, I'd be grateful. Thanks -x-

Well, for some situations, you can add !important after coding.
But like Holly said, please post your link as well as your codes :] |

Mmkay, in your About Me coding (your stylesheet), look under Table Properties. Once you find that, find this:
table table { border:0px; width:300px } And change it to this: table table { border:0px; width:300px !important; } Firefox will just read right over the !important, but IE will recognize it and take some actionn! :] |

I did that, but IE still makes the table extra wide...=(

It might be because of your comments. Can you unhide your comments so we can see if you have an extra long one?

They're unhidden now, and it seems like it's the Friends bit that is the problem....

Hi, I have a similar sort of problem - I've managed to get my myspace page just how I want it in Firefox and Safari, however in IE it moves the content off center and basically wrecks the page!
If anyone could take a look and tell me where I'm going wrong I'd be delighted! www.myspace.com/whowhatwherewhenwhy Thanks, Adam |

Actually its ok they are posting in this topic. They have the same problem, so they don't have to go off and make another.
But if you need this re-openned feel free to pm me. |
