  Does anyone know how to make pictures like that? Not how to make the layout, but the actual picture of her. Like the cartoonish? vector? type thing.. (sorry jenny for using your layouts) PLEASE HELP ME! |

you can do fake vectors as well..

I'm using PSP, but i'm getting Photoshop in a couple of weeks.
That tutorial is for Photoshop.. Does anyone know somewhere that has one for PSP? Thanks a bunch, for replying! |
