Layout help needed, header and background don't show up |

I hope somebody can help me, I've read everything in the Help section but still I can't seem to get it right.
I want this layout: http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=13863 I've copied the code, pasted it in Style Overrides (S1), done this: set style to generator, have website listed in userinfo, changed YOURUSERNAME and YOURWEBSITE... but still, the image and background don't show up in my lj In the designer comments it also said this: & page text: #a3090c & weak accent: #808080 & strong accent: #808080 & stronger accent: #808080 But I don't know what they mean with that. The coding for that layout is extremely faulty, which is why images are not appearing. I may or may not try to recode it (despite the fact that it's not mine) if I'm bored enough.
