hey you guys im really new to all of this, but can anyone suggest a type of proram i can use to create layouts and something that has really nice brushes.
i wanted a program with the little pieces of tapes on top, sooo please if anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to comment. i heard photoshop was real expensive..soo guyss HELP! |

There are a lot of programs to use, Photoshop is what I use ( I LOVE Photoshop, lol) but you can always use paintshop and the other types of programs already downloaded on your computer. You can also just download photoshop for a free trial that lasts for about a month.
