Layout, things getting cut off Options

alright everytime i use this opacity code for the boxes its cutting off like where it says music heroes and all that..but as soon as i take the opacity code out the problem is fixed but i want the opacity code without all this stuff getting cut off...heres the opacity code im using filter:alpha(opacity=70);
-moz-opacity:.70; and also the code is in the part where it says all the table stuff, cause thats what i want to have opacity the tables...thank you for all your help
