prewritten comment button Options

i saw this on someone's page a while back. it was a button that you could write what ever you wanted on[i.e. "click here to see something cool!" or "don't click this"] and when clicked, it automatically posted a prewritten comment to that person. does anyone have the code to this?

its a normal link
go get the link for the add comment

just hover over the link and right click and press copy shortcut

and then put this code

<a href=URL>NAME</a>

Change the URL to the copied shortcut link and change the NAME to the name that you want the link to show up as.

^Holly, it comes up as the comment already written. It's like cheating somebody into saying, "omfg you're so cool!" on a comment.
