how to bring my contact able back??? Options

i used a myspace layout from here and for some reason it deleted my contact table. i love the layout and don't want to get rid of it. and i tried putting in a new contact table and making it the first thing, like before the layout, but it still didn't show up.

any ideas of how to get it back?
