i know eyeliner topics have been posted alot. and like a million people have to have eyeliner. so what's the best brand of eyeliner? i'm going out to buy some new ones soon so i'd just like to know
 so any good recommendations for both liquid and pencil eyeliner? i heard stila's pencil liner was great. i'm thinking about getting that. |
