I bought it yesterday and I think it's the best metal album in years.

I think slayer is one of the best metal bands, I like South of Heaven and Kerry King is a killer guitarist so is Jeff Haneman

I think Seasons in the Abyss was their best, but I do think that this new one "Christ Illusion" really surpasses it.

so the new CD is any good? I like more of the Megadeth sound, and Metallica songs along with Iron Maiden or you can say that I'm a 80's metal fan.

Well it's more of a thrash metal album, but it's good if you like fast music.

Slayer's still around
 Actually, I knew that ^^ I'm not a huge fan of older metal... that is if they've kept their old sound. My mom's a big fan of older metal (and some new) so maybe that has something to do with it. Listening to the same music as your mom.. ew.. lol. |
