How do I get rid of this stuff?! Options

Ok I know I've seen it done alot and I've seen the script on here before but I just went through all of them 2 times and can't find it. I want to get rid of the words About me, Who I'd like to meet, general, status, music and all of those. I've seen it done and had a layout that did it once, but I've searched and can't find it. I don't want the whole area gone just those words. Can some one help me please?
