Its nice, I seriously think it would look way beter without the flower on the top. Its really random. The dots/dashed line looks random too, but thats ok. I also think you should shrink the width of the navi and give more space for the blog. Or just give more space for the blog. Kinda looks squished. Otherwise not bad.

Its really great. Simplicity
 The only thing I'd suggest is tying in some of the header's colors into the rest of the content, maybe switching out the hover effect on the menus for something involving colors. The header is so vibrant, and i think some of that should continue to the content. |

^^ Hmm..I see your point. But I like that everything else looks grey while the header stands out.
I added colors to the links, and such, but I don't think it looks all that good. Buuutttt....Thank you for the comments! |

The simplicity is nice. The image quality for the pictures though are bad. I'd try using the sharpen tool on the pictures. I really don't like how boring your coding is. You have such nice colors in the header, but the css is just... so... dull. It's a nice layout, but the coding kills it. I see you used a Century Gothic type font for "decaelegant' and yet you are using Arial Bold for the header titles? It's too clunky. I suggest you work on that, because it seems as though your graphics are nice, but your coding skills are not improving with the layouts, you see? Try some variation.
Also, one last thing. The flower brushes were not made by Ashley @ ignite, they were made by DANE @ arcade.ignite.nu |

Other than the fact that the first two images have text on them, I like it a lot.
The colors are great. and I love the positioning of everything.
