Okay, three weeks ago I ordered a book from Barnes and Noble. Have I still gotten it? Nah. Something about warehouse sending it but never receiving it. I'm still mad. So they have to reorder another one, which won't be here for another week.

Roar.

Ever been screwed over by any places? Companies or whatever? Resturants, bookstores?

Yeap..I bought this MP3 Player and it came with a warranty, if the device fails to work blah blah, we'll replace it. I talked to a live customer help online and gave him all the information..and they said they'll email me in about 2 weeks to fill out the replacement form..never got it..so I went there again and told me to wait another 2 weeks since your name is in our data but never happend..so I stopped using products by LExar CRAPPY CRAPPY UNCARING COMPANY..

My mom ordered me a camera. It was supposed to arrive the next day, but five weeks later, she checked the status and it was cancelled. She ordered another camera from another company, and it got cancelled too. But the day after it got cancelled it arrived at our doorstep huh.gif

I'm not claiming anythings unfair. I never once mentioned unfairness. I'm simply stating at how stupid companies are, especially when they lie about their supposed great customer service.

lol Thanks. Video stores are the worst! They're so defensive about everything. We were in a store for 2 hours arguing late fees. It wasn't our fault that the idiot behind the couter told us the wrong date.

You would think if you preorder Harry Potter, you would get it the day it comes out...but no. Two days later. After everyone else has read it and told you what happened.

That is quick.

A lot of kids read 'em that quick. If the book is so interesting, it kind of makes it hard to put it down.

A long time ago I ordered a game from Half.com and never got it. sad.gif I got my money back though!

That's why you get GameFly or NetFlix. Pay around 10 bucks (it varies) a month and choose a wide selection of DVD's and games that you want as keep them long as you want, lol.

Yah plenty of times.

But then I have learned that people make honest mistakes and it's just as stressful to them as it is to the customer.

I worked at a bookstore for a while, and you feel pretty bad when you mess up someones order. So when someone messes up my order at some random place I try to make them feel better about it. "Oh, it's no big deal, i know you guys are busy!"
Just makes the situation a lot better for both me and the person working.

The only time I get pissed is when the person messes up my order or schedule and they don't care at all and try to blame it on me or try to make excuses and point every which way besides themselves. That irks me.

Hmm. I never tried to rip them. I always thought you'd get in trouble because they have ways to find out if they're ripped.

Me too! I looovve emulators. Homebrew on PSP is amazing. Super Mario World on PSP! Woo! but anyway... yeah, lets not discuss piracy, like you said before. XD.gif Don't want to get in trouble.

A bank.

Get this: I deposit my check of $230 on Friday, and I go shopping on the next day and spend about $50-$60. Earlier, I found out I have about $100 available, because my check was from bank of Montreal, so I had to wait up to 5 business days until the rest was available as well. Today, I go to the bank to take $40 cash, which I KNEW I was supposed to have, and the machine tells me, "there are "$0" in your account." First thing I think, of course, is that someone saw my pin and took out my money. Then I call Customer Service, and the woman says, "You have $130. But do you know why the bank is holding back your money for 47 days?" 47 days?!??!? They said 5!!!! What the f**k is wrong with that bank?! And the customer service there?! Now I have to wait for two days before I even go to see what's going on (it's a long weekend) which means I have no money for at least two days.

You know, it's ironic that I have to interview people about that bank EVERY DAY at work, and most of them tell me how horrible they are. Now I'm convinced it's true! stubborn.gif

Augh! Now that's just insane. I'd sue. :P

I'd demand for them to pay me $150, or I'm taking it to court. wink.gif
Tell them you'll switch banks if you don't get the money in what was expected five days.

They won't like it :P
