making msg/add/cmnt links, not buttons Options

how do you manipulate the code to just make a link for adding me, messaging me, and commenting me? i cant make/find buttons that suit my hella picky taste, but text will be fine.

here's the code im using for the msg/add/cmnt:

and instead of pictures i just want text.
how do i edit these to become text?

Take out hte images Example of one:
<img src="http://i6.tinypic.com/23mmzy1.jpg" border="0">

Put text where it was before the </a> and after the ">
