use this instead

QUOTE
<form method="post" action="http://collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.confirmComment"><input name="friendID" value="RAWRRR" type="hidden"><textarea name="f_comments" style="border-width: 1px; width: 110px; height: 120px; border-style: solid; border-color: 000000; font-family: arial; text-transform: none; font-size: 9px; text-align: center; padding: 2px; color: 000000; font-weight: normal; background-color: transparent;background-image:url(URL HERE); " style="overflow:auto;">Comment here</textarea><br> <input value="submit." style="border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: 000000; font-family: arial; font-size: 9px; color: 000000; font-weighT: normal; letter-spacing: 1px; text-transform: none; background-color: transparent;" type="submit"></form><BR><BR>

change the RAWRRR to your friend id
and the bold stuff is the stuff to edit your textarea part
and then the underlined stuff is for the submit button
