i need help making that litttle thing at the bottom of the picture where u can put text in. how do u change the opacity with out changing the master opacity. so the border stands out >_<
like this....  does that sound right? its sounds kinnda crazzy. nfknlg |

What program?
Just make a new box using the rectangular marquee tool and then it should create a new layer and just change the opacity.. layers--properties thats on psp |

im using photoshop. and i did the marquee thing and filled it and changed the master opacity but when i add a stroke its the smae opacity and i dont want it to be...
does that make sence |

LAYER-NEW LAYER
take the Rectangle tool make a square Lower opacity |

wait okay. im trying to get this right. its still not working. maybe im not understanding youor ur not understanding me. ok i made anew layer and made the marquee and filled it. and changed the master opacity and when i added the stroke its opacity is the same as the box. and i dont want it to be.

Don't change the opacity. Change the fill.
