it depends on age.

Yes, that include girls. i know a really tall freshman girl who is between 6'0-6'3. (14 years old) it's because she had long karate legs. |

Yeah, being tall usually doesn't hurt a guy, unless he's the skinny lanky tall. But on average tall people are as attractive as other shorter people.

I think it's kind of a turn-on when a guy is tall, but tall is not synonymous with attractive. There are dozens of supermodels who are not only disgustingly thin, but unattractive, IMO.

Merffff, I went to sleep last night, sorry. I'm seventeen and I'm about 5'8" now, and that's pretty tall for a girl around here. Most girls my age are around 5'2" - 5'4", so.. yeah.
Oh! And my cousin was 12 last time I saw her, and she was 5'10". I don't know how tall she is now, but she's currently 16, I think. Maybe 15. |

Height does not affect attractiveness. Some people like tall people, some like short, but you can't just go and label all as the same.

I HATE TALL PEOPLE.
I'm used to it though. Everybody always looks down at me when they're talking to me. I'm 5 feet. Yeahh. In fact, the first thing Bella said when she met me was "Dang, you're pretty short .." My friend recently said I grew so I'm JUIIICED. Anyway, height and being attractive has nothing to do with each other. Unless, you find tall people to be attractive & short people to be ugly .. Eh. I don't know. |

Blah that is so untrue. Though in my case it's true. The tall kids at my school seem so much more attractive than us shorties, but still it's untrue. Maybe they said that because models have merged the words tall and attractive together. In truth, not all models are that great looking.

I'm about 5'7" or 5'8", age 15. The kids around here are either freakishly tall or freakishly short. My last three boyfriends were all around six feet, but there are a ton of kids I go to school with who are no more than five feet.

that statement is false...obviously. there are plenty of average or even short people who are better looking than tall people. my boyfriend is 5'8"ish and i'm 5'4". he can probably be considered short for a guy, but that doesn't change how i feel about him. he's attractive, has an amazing personality, and taller than me so it doesn't matter. i don't understand why height is such a big deal as to whether or not you find someone attractive?

Not really. I've seen many tall attractive people around here, but there are others who are thin and lanky. You can't say most tall people are attractive seeing as there are differences in people's ideas of what is tall and what is meant by attractive.
