ok is there an easy way to make those little dotted lines on photoshop.. kinda like in this picture ... http://www.createblog.com/graphics/download.php?id=9144 see the lines that lead to the plane... how do u make them.. its prolly wikid easy im just dumb and am making it seem more difficult than it is. thanks for the help in advance!

how do u do it with the penn tool and make it like perfect tho? its proolly difficult.. lol sry if theres already a post on this but is there a tutorial for it?
