all you did was posterize it and/or use the cutout filter
It's not very good, it looks like you put about 5 minutes effort into it |

Yeah use some of the tutorials to make it look fancier and blend the images instead of putting them next to each other.

Posterizing a picture is never good
The positioning is nice, but it would have been way better if you blended them Brush this up with a few tutorials, effects, or brushes |

use the tutorials. experimenting with filters is fun but try avoiding them until you learned the basics. :)
