Well I'm using PSP9 and I was wondering how exactly would I get perfect cut-outs. Sort of like the one shown here. Everytime I use the lasso tool it comes out way to pixely. Then I try to feather it a bit and then it doesn't look like a cut-out. Help?

What I like to do is use the Freehand Selection tool and then I feather it and then I like to use about a 30 sized eraser brush to erase parts of it.

It depends on the size of the image. If its a big one..probably around 10? and if its pretty small..like around 3-5.
