Losing its popularity? |

Okay so it's nearly two in the morning here (which isn't bad, actually), and I seem to be well on my way with pwning the lounge here. I look at the board index and there's 57 members currently on - five or six of them are apparently looking at the lounge. So where is everyone? I've noticed the lounge has been losing its stamina ever since I got back. Why is it so slow nowadays?

Awe...I know. When I was active, the cB chat was active still around 3AM with Henry and Kris, Pauline, Christine, Ryan (going in and out), Anna and stuff. And then Bonnie or Marvin or Jackie and Kim would be posting in the middle of the night with me.
That was so fun! But now even when I go on here in the middle of the night my post would only be seen 7 hours later O_o. |

I don't think it's the first five so much as that it takes a lot longer now for things to get pushed back the the second page than it used to.
In all honesty, I think we have a lot less fun, intelligent active people now because they've all gotten older and gotten lives. Obviously there are some people I still like a lot here, which is why I stay, but there's a lot fewer of them who are active than there used to be, which probably means they lost pacience with the stupid population. I do think Justin had a good point with his village idiot theory. It's no fun if people try to defend them. |

people are gradually growing up and noticing they have less time to be on here. As well as younger generations haven't found this site because it isn't being promoted as much which means. it's eventually going to die. We are all growing up and expierencing new things which take more and more time away from CB. the people who helped create cb...are nearly extinct on these forums...although i hate to say it. this is starting to become a dieing forum. as stated in previous awnsers. less and less people are coming on. Before you get offened by what i just said. take time to digest what has just been said.

Back when i first joined. Everyone was on CB. like 22 year olds and stuff. They would respond so quick that it would be hard for me to keep up with the topics.. Now, iono where all the peeps went.. It's really slow know... i guess the new generation is kickin' in...
