I just recently purchased a macbook and my profile looks completely different from when I used Internet Explorer with my PC. I downloaded firefox in hopes that it would display everything correctly, but it doesnt... the background wont show up, the tables and borders dont show, and the "extended network" is now in front of the div-aligned image I used to cover it up.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why this is and if there is a universal coding to use so it doesnt happen anymore. Every other myspace Ive been to looks normal, which makes me wonder if my problem lies in my internet preferences. Is anyone familiar with macs?

Yeup. Mac uses safari so you will often find sites that don't look the same. I have Safari . You gotta love it.

No such thing as universal really its just the way you do it. If you link me to your myspace I can maybe give you suggestions.

This is my page, it's supposed to have tables with a black background, as well as a bg image.... (the text is white so it doesn't show up without the tables/bg) Any suggestions?

Transfer your layout to the third one here:

You used the first one too much to change.
